Shipping and Return Policy

 REFUNDS

Event services: weddings, parties and all other events where in Motoshi Kosako or The Harp Trio will come and perform at an events location

    A-    We will refund all 100% of deposit if cancelation notice is given 8weeks before said event.  A full refund will be sent to the contracting party within 8 weeks.

    B-     If  cancellation is made within 7 weeks or less a $100.00 of the deposit shall be forfieted liquidated damages. 

Merchandise Return

    A-    No refund, exchanges only.

    B-    Purchaser responsible for shipping of the returned item. 

SHIPPING  

    A-     We ship Tuesdays and Thurdays through United Postal Service only.   If you need something earlier please call us, and in most cases we will be able to accomidate you.

    B-    To make it on a given shipping day orders must be in by 2pm PST. (California time)
